I am Perfectly Positioned to Profit.

I have just headed home for our bangtail muster this week.  I have been shifting cattle around and getting to spend some quality time back in the saddle and thank god for iPhones, I have had ideas flow into my head as clear as crystal.

We have received a bit rain and our numbers are lower than normal but they are all looking great.  We went OK through the past 3-year drought and we are Perfectly Positioned to Profit.

The words Perfectly Positioned to Profit are written on my white board above my desk back in Townsville.  I wrote them up there the day I became a M8 distributer for Polaris Global.  It was my first major goal I had to achieve.

This is what every person who joins Polaris Global should be doing, Positioning your self to Profit.  That means getting to a M8 level as quick as you can and start building the organization.  Many of us (me) saw the big picture early even though it has been a learning curve of different levels and pressures, I am grateful to have learnt it (I would not have said that 5 years ago).

However as I ride around these cattle I have a glint in my eye and knowing that this Station, My Business and My Goals are all Perfectly Positioned to Profit, thanks to the BFE program and a better way of thinking.

'CHANGE WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR TO ATTRACT WHAT YOU DESIRE

I have long seen the sea as a vast bit of water you can’t drink.  After living by it now for seven years, there are so many factors, which influence the colours, the roughness, the calmness, the flushing and the force of cyclones in the water.

This weekend Trisha had her first ocean swim, I swim like a stone so I walked the beach while she and the RATS Masters Swimming Club swam there 2 k swim.

A normal Sunday Morning is to have a 20 lap session in the pool for Trish which she does pretty easily without to many emotional changes, but this morning when she decided to swim in the ocean, the changes where as evident as the ocean description above.
On return she commented, “I finally did it!”

It had me thinking
• Do we deliberately put the barriers in front of ourselves - to be realistic
• Do we put them there for protection
• Maybe we don’t have all the information

The last few Sundays I put myself on a challenge to hand out/speak to 10 people about My Polaris Business.
 It is a part of my “get uncomfortable- to get confident” 90-day plan.  Some times it takes me 3 hours to find 10 people in a crowd of 500.
But today I changed the meaning of the task the slightest amount and found 10 people in 15 minutes, much to the frustration of Trisha, because her shopping was now limited.
I was sitting in a chair and the a lady, who had over heard me speaking about the Polaris Program came back and started asking me questions.

This lady started her chat by saying
“ I hope you don’t think I am rude or strange and I have never done this before but could you tell me more about this program, I think I may need it.”
We she left I asked the same questions above but also started asking why is today such an easy day for me.  What have I done differently!

When I got back to the car I had one realization and wrote it down in the pocket pad.

“ Change what you looking for, to attract what you desire.”

A small change in the meaning, the emotion and the outcome can change the experience.
What have you done to change the meaning to get a result?

I will not Let My Fears Control My Successes!

I watched a story on Kieran Perkins the other night online and I quite enjoy reading or listening to great athletes, business people or people in general who exceed what many of call the normal.

Shane Krider a couple of weeks ago spoke about finding the inner bull and drawing on that strength to continue to move forward.

Steve Waugh (ex Australia Cricket captain) defined is career when taking on the might of the West Indian pace attack and quoting.

”You will have to carry me off to get rid of me”

Shane Warne the Spin King-Each ball bowled is teaching me about the batsmen

Richie McCall- New Zealand Rugby Captain- “the ball is mine to control”

John Buchanan – Ex Aussie Cricket Coach- “when better meets best!’

All of these statements have absolution?

·      Where did they come from?

·      How do you get them?

·      Who do you get them from?

I found my absolution is the words of Kieran Perkins last night

” I will not let my fears control my Successes” his story is quite amazing it is a great listen.

Polaris Global is a group of people who have absolution.  Our Beyond Freedom Evolution Program encourages us to undefined our thoughts and create new realities, by moving beyond the once guarded barriers of our and other peoples beliefs.

Our definition is – be bold in thought and consistent in application.

I can’t make you Successful?

Over the last few years I have been following different Leaders, Entrepreneurs, Business people and Sports Celebrities in the hope that by applying some of their ideals it would rub off and I would start to create the success I am looking for!  Starting with Polaris Global five years ago planted the seed to grow and learn.

About a month ago I realized this very profound Statement!

No one can make you Successful!

·      I thought WOW! 

·      How does this work?

·      What have I been chasing all these years?

·      Is it all a sensationalized story?

These couple of questions actually made me think.  (Get a pen and paper and write down the answers!)

1.     What have you done in your life today, which created you some form of success for you?

2.     Write down how you got your success?

3.     Write down who gave it to you?

This success maybe

·      Toping the class at school

·      Being the champion of your age group

·      Being the top sales person

·      Loosing weight

·      Building or creating something

How did you achieve

·      Extra study,

·      More running

·      More action

·      More information

Who applied the actions- YOU! 

YOU created the Success!

There are many people who say that, without this program, mentorship, the lucky break etc., you wouldn’t have succeeded.  That may be true.

But you can be given every sign, idea and intension and still not create the Success you are looking to receive.

Success starts with you. 

The value you place upon Success is the reward you will receive.

There are a few common factors that create Success!

·      Constant Actions

Without these three factors you have no chance of getting or creating Success.

Your advertising has to offer the same three features.  After all anyone who joins us

·      Has to be interested in what we doing

·      Has a desire to change something in their life

·      Needs to act consistently to get rewards.

I spoke to many of my Colleagues and asked this question.

I came up with acronym ABCD

·      Absolution

·      Boldest

·      Commitment

·      Definition

Which means one word BELIEF

When you are absolute there is no turning back

When you are bold your vision, thoughts and actions are creative

When you are committed, nothing will deter you

When you have definition your goals shift to a new priority level

About 4 year ago I met Dr John Demartini  at a conference in Brisbane he asked why I came?  I replied to learn how to earn more money.

His reply was, Learn to value it more.

I Asked Shane and Rachel, Michael Berry and some other Colleagues above how do you build a business and all said place a value on it.
