I can remember (a few days ago now), at school we had a session once a year on Personal Growth.  Now being at boarding school, the brothers enforced the catholic religion instruction on us daily and just so I could get out of study, I would play the guitar at all the masses.
I would have to sing, play and practise. We had a Priest called Father Carol who didn't like slow hymns.
He always quoted "music is true Personal Growth" A person can sit down and listen to what the words mean without any comment from friends or foes and they can keep their secrets to themselves.
Now I didn't quite get that idea, in fact it dawned on me today when I chose one of my keywords to blog about.  The story of the priest came floating back into my mind.

So what is Personal Growth?
